I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and new, but I noticed a small cleanliness issue under the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even added some special touches to our room. However, the breakfast was a bit pricey. The location was fantastic, especially for visiting the museum. The dining experience at Ginos was fabulous with a wonderful selection of foods.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with amazing views of the Merseyside River from my room. The room was exceptional, very clean, and provided a stunning view, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, the location required a bit of navigation to find the hotel, and the dining experience was not as private as I would have liked.
